At Sips Cuppa Tea, every product is made to order - freshly created just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
- Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund if preferred.

Non-Returnable Items
All products are custom-printed and therefore non-returnable unless they are faulty. We do not offer exchanges.
Returns Process
- Email us at support@sipscuppatea.com with your order details.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review and confirm next steps within 2–3 business days.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
- Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
