Sips Cuppa Tea sells physical print-on-demand products, including apparel, mugs, tumblers, and related merchandise. Despite the name, we do not sell tea, coffee, hot drinks, beverages, food, or consumable products. Product listings describe the specific physical item being offered for sale.
Our products are made to order through third-party print-on-demand and fulfilment providers. This means products may not be produced until after your order has been placed.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, product colours, sizing, placement, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, production method, garment type, or supplier.
Product images, mockups, and lifestyle images are for general guidance only. Small variations in colour, print placement, texture, scale, and finish may occur. That is normal. We still expect the product to be fit for purpose and match the listing in all material respects.
All product descriptions, prices, images, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We may limit the quantities of products available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Section 3 - Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, error, stock or production issues, payment problems, or misuse of our website.
You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it, including product, size, colour, quantity, shipping address, and contact details.
Because our products are generally made to order, we may be unable to cancel or change an order once it has been accepted or sent into production. We are not being difficult. The item may already be getting made.
If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
You confirm that any purchase you make from us is for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Because our products are made to order, total delivery time may include both production time and shipping time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, supplier delays, public holidays, weather events, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.
If a package is returned to sender, rejected, unclaimed, or unable to be delivered because of incorrect details or customer inaction, additional shipping charges may apply.
Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the shipping address you provided, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Because many of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, or customer ordering mistakes, unless required by applicable law.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, materially different from the product listing, or incorrect, please contact us at support@sipscuppatea.com within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.
We may ask for your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue so we can assess the problem properly. Dramatic descriptions are optional. Clear photos are not.

However, any purchase you make through our website is made directly with Sips Cuppa Tea. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Sips Cuppa Tea or for any aspect of the sales transaction between you and Sips Cuppa Tea, except to the extent Shopify separately provides services directly to you.
